There are two primary objectives in WEsports Strength & Conditioning Training. The first is to improve athletic strength in mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed and agility. The second is to reduce athletic injuries by conditioning regime to strengthen body parts. Body conditioning includes aerobic exercise, strength training, stretching and flexibility exercises

high-intensity interval training (HIIT)

HIIT is a great form of exercise to include in your workout routine if you are seeking to build strength and muscle endurance or trying to lose weight. At WEsports, we combine a regime of short burst of intense exercises and low-intensity exercises. We endeavour to take your cardio workout to the next level!

body building

Bodybuilding involves progressive resistance exercise to control and develop muscles for aesthetic purposes rather than strength. Building body muscles are relative to age, sex and genetics. Do approach our body building specialists to design program that are specific to your conditions and personal goals. Bear in mind body building is challenging, consistent and long-term and involves nutritional strategies.

Weight loss can be achieved either by eating fewer calories or by burning more calories with physical activity, preferably both. Postural dysfunction or poor posture is a common problem for many people living in a sedentary lifestyle with extended period of time. TRX or total body resistance exercise, developed by formal US Navy SEAL, help you increase your overall core fitness. If you want to move, feel and look better, chances are you should start with your core. Using your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability and lose fat.

Nutrition Planning

Nutrition or meal planning is a great way to make sure you’re eating a balanced diet and meeting your nutritional needs. Planning meals and nutrition goals gives you a clear outline of your intentions and may dissuade you from reaching for tasty but unhealthy foods. Our nutritional coaches are able guild you in your nutrition intake to reach your goals.

Functional Training

Functional training is a type of exercise that looks like movements you make in your daily life. It can be helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention, and other everyday fitness tasks. In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscle of the abdomen and lower back.

Circuit training

Circuit training is very time efficient which makes it a popular method of training. It is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance. While Circuit training is best used by intermediate trainees who have already established a baseline level of strength and fitness, our personal trainer is able to adapt exercise choices and weight selections to suit all ability levels if you do wish to participate in a circuit training class.
