The intensity of your yoga workout depends on which form of yoga you choose.

Our group yoga lessons are more budget friendly if you are looking to learn at a more affordable way. You can either create your own group at your preferred location and time or join one of the groups that we are currently running. We have both indoors and outdoors classes available.
